Winery Review: 100% Chardonnay, from the birthplace of Chardonnay: Burgandy. Pale lemon in colour. The nose shows soft jasmine notes and ripe fruit. The palate is elegant with a classic, flinty minerality, balanced by soft, creamy fruit.
My Review: At the first look of this wine is was very light in color and was a soft yellow. The nose was fairly strong but tasted very light and did not have a dry after taste at all. It was slightly sour to me like a granny smith apple.
I did not taste this wine with food.
