Winery Review: Intense, floral and fruity, with citrus notes and a mineral touch. Gentle, fruity, balanced and distinguished acidity. Delicious long finish.
My Review: The nose was kind of floral, almost like violets. I thought this was a fairly dry wine that was slightly bitter and very acidic, yet it was a very smooth wine. This wine would pair better with food instead of just drinking it by itself.
I did not taste this wine with food.
