Winery Review: Dry, delicately grapey, has an elegant bouquet with mineral and floral notes.
My Review: The nose was very sweet. It had a peppery taste and was dry. It was almost like a granny smith apple and made you pucker up a little with the after taste.
I did not taste this wine with food.
